Surfing lessons

Sandy SUP & Surf offer private surf lessons for all ages and abilities on Westward Ho beach, North Devon, with an emphasis on safety and fun!
Enjoy surfing lessons tailored to you/your group's abilities and needs in a private setting to ensure safety and high-quality instruction.
Lessons last approximately 1.5 hours. We will begin with a safety briefing for first-time and beginner surfers, followed by some surf theory. After that, we'll go over how to catch waves and stand on the board. Then we'll jump into the water and let the magic unfold!
For more intermediate and experienced surfers, James will tailor his tuition so that you may take it to the next level in the surf with ease!

Westward Ho beach! We will meet at the North end of the Northam burrows car park, next to the lifeguard station. James will contact you prior to the lesson to ensure you know where you’re heading.
